Terms of purchase.

1. Age limit

Sales are made only to people aged 18 and over (Swedish Tobacco Act 2018:2088). Age verification is done with BankID on every purchase. Orders without valid age verification are cancelled at no cost.

2. Prices and payment

All prices include VAT (25 % on nicotine products). We offer Swish, Klarna, card (Visa/Mastercard/Amex via Stripe) and PayPal. No card number is stored on our end.

3. Delivery

We ship with PostNord — home delivery or pickup point. Delivery time 1–3 weekdays. For delivery issues, see shipping & delivery.

4. Right of withdrawal

The Swedish Distance Contracts Act gives you 14 days right of withdrawal from when the parcel is received. Cans must be unopened and unused to be returned — for hygiene and safety reasons. More info on the returns page.

5. Complaints

If something is wrong with the delivery — wrong product, damaged parcel, wrong date on a can — contact us within 14 days via the contact page. We replace or refund at no cost to you.

6. Liability

Snusboden is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the products. The products contain nicotine, a highly addictive substance.

7. Disputes

If we can't reach an agreement, you may turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the EU Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

8. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms — the current version is always shown here. Orders are governed by the terms in effect when you completed the purchase.
