Returns and right of withdrawal.

14 days right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act — as long as the cans are unopened and in original condition.

What you can return

  • Unopened cans in original condition
  • Whole rolls where no can has been opened

For hygiene and safety reasons we do not accept opened cans — this applies to all snus and nicotine pouch retailers in Sweden.

How to return

  1. Email hej@snusboden.se with your order number.
  2. We'll send a prepaid return label.
  3. Print the label and drop the parcel at your nearest PostNord pickup point.
  4. Refund is issued within 5 weekdays after we receive the parcel.

Complaints

If something is wrong with the product — wrong date, damaged packaging, wrong variant — different rules apply. You then have a three-year right of complaint under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. Email us directly and we'll resolve it without you needing to return anything.

Right of withdrawal does not apply

The right of withdrawal does not apply to gift cards or specially ordered products that are personalized in any way.
