Shipping options

• Home delivery · PostNord: 49 kr — delivery to your door within 1–3 weekdays. Notification via SMS.
• Pickup point · PostNord: 29 kr — collect at your nearest pickup point within 2–4 weekdays.
• Free shipping on orders over 199 kr (pickup) or 299 kr (home delivery).

Tracking

When the parcel ships you'll get an email with a tracking number. You can also track without signing in — just order number and email.

Addresses

We deliver throughout Sweden. Currently no deliveries outside Sweden — it's on our roadmap ahead of summer 2026.

If a delivery doesn't arrive

If the parcel doesn't arrive within a reasonable time (usually 7 weekdays) contact us at hej@snusboden.se and we'll sort it right away — replacement or refund.

Discreet packaging

No logos on the parcel, no product information on the shipping label. Sender appears as "Snusboden Pack".
